MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
To join the PropTwisters open the link "Application Form (pdf) " which opens a PDF form. Once it is open you have two options:
- Just print the application and fill it out, legibly with a pen, or
- Type your information in the text box fields adjacent to the item. You can use your "Tab" key to advance to the next information field. When finished, print out the completed form, and use the "Back" button to return to this page.
- Once finished with either way of filling out your form, address an envelope with the address at the bottom of the application, include the appropriate funds and mail it.
NOTICE: Renewal dates are March 1st of each year.
FOR RENEWING MEMBERS.... Please fill out a new application with your current info. This helps to keep our records current.
